Be sure to explicitly request pay stubs and ensure you get written approval on expenses before you submit them.
Cons
The owner is completely clueless and vague when you ask her to explain the company's value proposition and doesn't care to listen when presented with the evidence that suggests she's wrong - which makes it impossible to succeed here. Very military style operations; won't listen to new ideas/concepts. The culmination of high staff turnover rate, lack of innovation and direction translates to a company headed for doom.
