Great people to work with. Lots of caring individuals and great programs in theory.

Cons

Use a one stroke approach to all departments instead of recognizing the different needs of the different sectors and programs they support. Policy not followed across the board and lack of flexibility and commitment to loyal employees. Look to recruitment instead of retention
