Pros
The group is fast-growing and offers excellent opportunities to gain experience in the energy field and meet new people. The group has projects all over Russia and even abroad.
Cons
The level of management, though rather high, can be at times questionable. Good employees are not really motivated enough nor given satisfactory benefits. However, a lot of work is going on, and specialists as well as managers generally have to work much without being payed for overtime.
