Nice building, nice people, you learn ALOT. Benefits are so so. I have had better benefits in smaller companies. Close to the beach

Micromanaging micromanaging!!! The managers literally spy on you. They read your incoming and outgoing emails, they check what times you logged off, and require you submit weekly logs of your daily activities. They do not train you they expect you to know things. Company is always under hot water with thier clients, constantly dropping the ball, nobody is on the same page. Management lacks knowledge and training. You will not grow with this company.
