      Employee Assistance Program Lackluster

      Pros

      EAP Consultants is located in a nice modern facility with on-site cafe and gym. The office is conveniently located with safe parking and on-site building security.

      Cons

      Management and staff are very reclusive. There is little to no training or guidance with Management either behind closed doors or glued to their blue tooth. Office equipment is in need of an upgrade. A good copier and printers is more helpful then free coffee. Also no company benefits.

      The co workers on your direct team are nice.

      Cons

      The micromanaging is ridiculous. They belittle you and treat you like you know nothing. There is zero flexibility. The environment is very dreadful.

      The Management Style made it uncomfortable at times. It's a small office and micromanagement is unnecessary.
