Micromanagement and bullying from the native speaking managers, resources are all out of date and photocopies of original resources, no career development at all, (though once you get stuck on a level, and have planned a semester you can fund yourself and find the time, though don't expect any of the managers to provide mentoring- they may offer it, but you will have to tell them what to write and write it for them.)
