      Working at this company has provided me with great opportunities for growth and learning. The management is committed to setting clear goals and providing the support needed to meet them. The IT industry is competitive, and this company offers a dynamic environment to develop essential skills like customer service, communication, and problem-solving. The team is diverse, and I appreciate the open communication channels where feedback is welcomed and acted upon. Additionally, the focus on improving KPIs motivates me to perform better every day.

      Cons

      Like any fast-growing company, there are challenges with workload, but these are manageable with the right mindset. It’s important to stay organized and focused on priorities, especially in a fast-paced industry.

      Annual company trip, birthday treat for staff, monthly performance incentive (KPI). Yearly increment. Salary on time Surrounded by friendly & helpful colleagues. You will be rewarded if you are a great performer. Able to learn new technologies

      Cons

      I think every company is the same. Self commitment, work hard & take the job seriously are very important. If you don't provide the skills, time and dedication to help the company achieve the goals, don't expect any reward or recognition in return. Need to prioritize according to the due date. Everyday learn new things. This work require people to be a fast learner.

      Pros

      All this years in this company, I see that the management willing to acknowledge and make the necessary changes to improve the company from time to time. Recently the company implemented more mature KPI and make it public so that everyone can really see their own performance. Management also care for their staffs especially for those staffs that stick with the company during the up and down period. They will occasionally bring us to have a nice feast and even spend a few thousand Ringgit to send us for some training courses to improve our life. Overall, if you are capable and able to withstand pressure, the management will appreciate you.

      Cons

      Recently, management always hire those staffs that take for granted. They not willing to sacrifice but always request or complain this and that. Even worse there are ex-staffs that backstab me after I spend considerable efforts to help them.
