      Pros

      Plenty of cigarette breaks if you smoke. Provides an income.

      Cons

      Witnessed sexual harassment, drug abuse, workplace bullying and intimidation, conspiring to get rid of people because they "don't fit in". Routinely breaks employment law. Absolutley no covid precautions within the office.

      Good people to work within the team

      Mangers are on repeat with the same attuited day in day out. Rude when you dont make a sale but your best friend when you do. long hours and get told when you can use the toilet. lie about pay and say after 3 months you get paid £10 pounds a hour but that's got to do if you mange to get target weekly so that's a joke Called calling the same leads that have been called 5 times a day

      Commission is good if you sell a lot, training was also excellent with Wayne

      Cons

      Management are dreadful and rude, do not help you. Commission is only good if you are a good salesperson - if you're not, you don't get paid for the sales you do actually make, and the management don't care about you and don't help you as they are too busy licking the arses of their top sellers
