Pros

I met some awesome people there who will remain friends!

Cons

- Toxic HR team, internal politics - the worst communication I've ever witnessed at a company - fooled most employees into joining with great packages and share options - didn't deliver on anything in the end - their idea of benefits is a pizza day once in a while - management constantly changing

Pros

Started off as a company with great momentum and potential...not any more so no pros

Cons

- lack of true leadership and strategy - the last thing that the 'People' team care about is people - toxic and incapable leadership - lack of career path (basically you only have a career if you are based in China) - Redundancies made based on personal bias rather than business sense - The business model is wrong and ultimately will lead to the death of this company as its based purely on personal connections of the CEO - Lack of culture and lack of effort from HR to develop one

Cons

Redundancies done respectfully - no. Every week someone else out the door. No comms. Management approachable - absolute not, with exception of China CFO. People team like nothing youve ever encountered. Toxic to the core.
