      Pros

      - most people are very nice and helpful - absolutely great product, it sells itself - Regular roster and hours (it depends on your manager) - Great staff uniform allowance, one shoe each change of season! You have to wear it at work, but they are so comfy that you will want to. - Great flexibility with casual employees

      Cons

      - Mid management was not that capable, was restructured and changed and it's just a hit & miss whether it's capable or not - There are strong gossipers

      1. Toxic top-down divide between staff and head office 2. Unmotivating environment to work at for long term 3. Barely respected by people at head office 4. Budgets are barely hit as they will consistently set the bar at an unattainable level
