Pros
No Pros at alllllllllllll, company is full or crap and so are the directors. Too many promises but NONE will be fulfilled if your are not a female. Male employees are treated like dogs, MD is a mentally screwed up guy.
Cons
Too many, i suggest not to join as you do not have a job security, MD is a crack pot and so are the employees who are there for years together. Lot of promises but u will be insulted and kicked out like a dog if you are not pretty, if you are hard working, if you are soft spoken, IF YOU ARE NOT A FEMALE. My Advise, DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER
