      Opportunity to be in a Project Learning Curve Travel opportunities Flat Hierarchy Not much Experience needed

      Cons

      Salary Slight politics Not Balanced in terms of projects given to Consultants Push u to the Ocean of Projects (can be a Pro as Learning Curve would be excellent) Not always given opportunity to Specialize since its a small Consultancy - Projects are given randomly as to fullfill projects needs (sometimes not based on your skill set) High Turnover (Hiring and Firing is very frequent) One night stand company Approach of Mentoring a junior had fail many times( result of frequent Firing)
