      Pros

      FlexIbility with working hours. Making a difference to lives if the elderly. Variety in daily tasks. Meeting new people.

      Cons

      Wear and tear on vehicle. Costs of petrol and kms driven varying week to week makes it difficult to know how much it will cost.

      A fantastic working environment with a group of people who genuinely care about the older clients and customers whom they serve. Exciting new prospects with change of business direction and new Chief Executive.

      Cons

      The industry is facing some challenging times with the introduction of Consumer Directed Care and with increased competition from for-profit operators.
