      A culture of bleeding you dry, then letting you go when they have a change in direction which happens every few years.

      Cons

      Recent leadership changes have shifted the focus away from employee development. High turnover rates; more emphasis on firing than retaining talent. Lack of supportive culture and growth opportunities. Work environment feels transactional and cutthroat. New leadership is reshaping the culture, often negatively.

      Great Colleagues, Poor Management

      Pros

      Working with great people. Everyone in every team is very helpful.

      Cons

      There is a lack of communication in every part of the business. Some issues have persisted for 7 years with no resolution, as each management team blames the other. Unfortunately, the salary does not match the amount of work expected. There is not much support from management, which adopts a "take it or leave it" style.
