1. All cliques are friendly and no issue if you are just doing your work. (No need for gossiping)
2. Good opportunities for interns or new workers who want new experience/ learns new thing
Cons
1. Fast Pace Working - need to be fast learners or left behind
2. Average Top Management - ok but a lot needs to be improved because sometimes they have some unarranged with their working SOP.
