Pros

A leading, progressive company within there sector. Part of the culture of this company is to help employees find a role they enjoy, promote and nurture thier learning, skills and understanding so they not only Excell at thier current job role but provide opportunities to progress to other roles they desire through professional and personal development. Work from home 3 days a week or work at the office all week if you want. Very flexible. It's up to you Very satisfactory pay scale. They actually care about their employees. Lots of socials and events to get involved with. Training provided for career advancement and professional development. We are one big family that help and support each other in work as well as personal life. Nobody feels left out or alone.

Cons

No radio in the office, but people do bop along to the headphones... Although a very nice dining and chill out area the very clean and tidy kitchen is tiny. If you don't like a modern office environment where most people are happy and content most of the time then this isn't the place for you. Sometimes you might get a nurf gun fired at the back of your head... But most people are rubbish shots...

Pros

There are a few supportive and knowledgeable colleagues (2-3 people) who create a collaborative environment and are great to learn from. The potential for growth exists if proper resources and support systems are provided.

Cons

Promises related to learning and development opportunities, such as sponsoring courses, were not fulfilled. Processes were deemed too lengthy, and alternative reasons were often provided to deny requests, which was disappointing. The Retrofit Department requires better structuring, resources, and leadership support. From what I observed, employee turnover has been an issue, with several colleagues leaving during my time and afterward. The HR department could improve in terms of flexibility and employee support. Policies often take precedence over individual needs, which can make it challenging to address concerns effectively.
