      Pros

      Ecom is largest Coffee and Cocoa supplier in the world so there will always be demand for their product. Focus is on moving jobs to Mexico so great if you live in Mexico.

      Cons

      Privately held and management is not transparent. Senior management roles moved outside of US in past 24 months (CEO, President, CFO, CIO, HR Director) Roles that remain in US have reduced responsibility Latin American cultural is based on you are lucky to have a job and everyone is expendable.
