This business is ran like a modern day slavery, a poiseness environment. If you wish to work at that company must remember there will be no work life balance. You will work 15 hours day and you are obligated to work US time and China time even though it’s not in the contract . As for bonus they will make sure you get the lowest percentage even though they will tell you otherwise when you sign the contract. The so called company policies will change as they see fit as long it for their own agenda. As for breaks they want you to check in with them even if you have to use the restrooms. HR shares other employees health issues, salary and is extremely prejudice and racist. They will use you to fill in other spots that need man power and when it’s time to offer you the job per the agreement they will hire form outside and do not promote within unless again it meet their personal agenda.

1. Bullies are allowed to lead the company and create a toxic work environment. When complaints are made, people are told to just ignore them. 2. There is no strategy or clear objectives for individuals. The marketing lead has no focus and provides little to no guidance pertaining to the business and strategy. 3. Being a high-performer is not valued. You're expected to be task-oriented vs being strategic. There is no formal development or feedback process.
