Worst place to be. Less training but the expectations are high. Indian and Philo dominated culture. You don't feel like you work in Australia. Lots of politics. Management has their favorites.

No Support, No Training, Worst management, Extreme workload, they aren't investing on their employees or hire more staff. staff under a lot of pressure to delivery. No career progression opportunities or growth pathways. no work life balance.
