Having come to work at EDClass less than a year ago, I can honestly say it is the best decision I have made for myself in a long time. The team are fantastic, supportive and genuinely care about the learners as well as the staff that work here. I feel truly valued, given opportunities to grow and develop as well as part of a truly compassionate and positive team. I genuinely look forward to coming into work. Having come from mainstream education where the monitoring, accountability and indeed workload were unbearable and having a significant impact on my mental health, wellbeing and indeed work-life balance, working at EDClass has been a breath of fresh air. I encourage anyone who wants to remain in teaching, have a positive impact as well as be part of a truly friendly and caring team to come and visit. You will be made very welcome.

Being a teacher at EDClass has honestly transformed my life. As a parent with a small child at home, EDClass has provided the opportunity for me to continue my passion for teaching, whilst maintaining the best work/life balance I have ever had! Every day, I am excited to come to work. The atmosphere amongst our staff incredibly friendly and supportive - a real work family. It is an absolute pleasure to come to work in such a positive environment, knowing that we are making a difference to the learners on our platform. I also love how, as teachers, our creativity is encouraged when building our lessons - I often get so engrossed in my work that I forget it's time to go home! Since day one, I have felt supported, valued and respected by our management. The whole management team are approachable and will support you with anything you need, whether this is work related or personal, they always make time for each and every one of their employees. I cannot recommend EDClass enough as a workplace - I only wish I'd joined sooner!
