- The people make the company - The founders put effort into trying to make EDITED a ‘cool’ tech start up - drinks fridge, wework office, company lunches

Cons

- Management’s clumsy, unprofessional and often repeat mistakes - Operations team has no formal HR training - This year several employees submitted complaints of harassment and bullying and CEO/COO/Operations continue to ignore them...

Pros

Interesting product and market sector. Good culture of enthusiasm and collaboration. All levels of management were approachable. Nice workforce and social scene in the company. HR were competent and helpful. Nice perks-tea coffee etc

Cons

Slow to deal with clear management issues. Reactionary firing policy which was handled poorly on a number of occasions by the company. Work was very repetitive Fun company culture can detract from reality of the workplace.
