Pros

Would really like to be able to put some down here but can't think of any at the moment

Cons

No Support. No Help. No trust. No loyalty Used to feel like a close-knit family but now the culture has become SO bad that terrible behaviour is rewarded and MD stands up at conferences & declares that if numbers aren't hit then jobs aren't safe. How is that supposed to create motivation??? Teams are treated so differently that some get to go on fancy trips abroad whilst other's can't even expense drinks & dinner when out with work! I was there for nearly 10 x years. Now average length of service is 1/4 of that. Integrity and loyalty used to be able to get you a job there. Now if you're face "doesn't fit" then you're replaced with some pretty Millennial wearing skinny jeans who expects a promotion within the first 9 months
