Pros

It is a good school, and the teachers care a lot about the success of their students. Administration cares a lot about the success of the school itself. In other words a lot of people care a lot, which is a nice change of pace from the nihilistic apathy you get a lot of jobs

Lot of people have conflicting views of what can make the Enterprise better

The principal is amazing and will support you. The support staff are all super kind and friendly.

Cons

I felt like I did not have much support as a new teacher and felt very isolated on my team of teachers.
