Pros
I thought this was a good company to work for, because I felt like people were willing to take everyone's ideas into account and communicate respectfully. The parameters of the work to be done were also clear.
Cons
There was not always a steady stream of work or other projects to compensate. There weren't many opportunities for professional growth or to participate in regular writing of tests or behind-the-scenes development, as a part-time member.
