Pros
You will be get some money every two weeks. It is a job. There are some people who have been with the company for several years and seem to have managed to work their way up the ranks.
Cons
There is a great deal of bureaucracy with in the company. The management are very sensitive. They have a room called the "cry room" where employees are confronted. Employees are expected to work past quitting time on a daily basis; however, there is little forgiveness for being late in the morning. Most employees are ready to throw their coworkers under the bus as necessary.
