      Pros

      Beautiful campus. Free housing if you're in a leadership position. Often will provide a year of transitional housing for new faculty. Fun to learn about other cultures.

      Cons

      International students have widely varying levels of English proficiency and the local students tend to have learning differences or other challenges. It's a very challenging task to try to differentiate for a typical classroom at this school. Not enough learning support staff.
