Pros
Overall, a good place to work. Decent pay and benefits. Usually get 40 hours per week, or more if you want to work. The owner of the company is a very good man to work for.
Cons
Not enough people to do the job at times. Upper management team tends to be micro-managers. Constantly changing processes, even though most are proven to be non-value added and more costly.
