      Pros

      There is a cinema near the office.

      Cons

      Horrendously managed team with lots of middle-management and backstabbing. Very sexist and backward attitude, with no long-term career opportunities. Most sexist financial institution that I have ever worked in. Very poor HR department who give in to intimidation of 'senior' staff.

      Bonuses are alright. Not much else.

      Cons

      They don’t value workers. Don’t care about staff. They will exploit workers. HR Manager will never respond. She is strictly there for the business. Wrecked my mental health. Everyone one there complains and is over worked. No my much progression. Only if you are friends with management. You are replaceable to them, no matter how long you have worked there. Always short staff. High staff turnover.

      A long way to go to get to simplicity

      Great people, you could have flexibility depending on your team. Good benefits etc

      Cons

      Processes that don’t work. Need to change but no one has the time or the manpower. Unrealistic work loads with strict deadlines. Internal projects take a priority over clients.
