Despite giving a two-week notice, I was sent home immediately and denied payment for my final week, leaving me without income. They initially hired me with a reasonable pay plan but quickly reduced it to a barely livable wage. Management is toxic, offering no training yet expecting flawless performance. Mistakes due to poor guidance are met with degrading remarks. It’s clear they have no respect for their sales team, treating them as interchangeable and undervalued. There were also instances of withheld commissions, with flat payments seemingly designed to benefit management. Customer treatment is equally subpar, unworthy of a luxury brand. This is not a place for a professional salesperson but may be tolerable for a first job if you can handle being disrespected. I strongly recommend seeking better opportunities elsewhere.
