      No pros to this place-even being in NYC can be seen as a negative here. Wait there is one pro-you learn who you never want to work for.

      Cheap Abusive Unfulfilling work Bad clients Psycho owner: screams, demeans, uses profanities and unwanted sexual language and innuendos Horrible looking office

      Pros

      You will gain valuable work experience, build your portfolio, and be encouraged to learn more about your field. The structure will make you feel like you are a valuable, contributing member as long as you do your work. There is a ceative work environment, a lot of social perks, and you're encouraged to be friends with co-workers. You will also get exposure to a variety of clients and fields.

      Cons

      Inadequate compensation. Must be able to handle criticism, ridicule, and being made fun of on a vareity of levels. Inadequate compensation. Risk of being "on the outs" if you don't like to party or attend social company gatherings. Inadequate compensation. Expect everyone in the company to know everything about you. Also, there is inadequate compensation.

      An airconditoned job in NYC near Times Square

      Pros

      You learn a lot about the field you endeavor into- everyone is confused as hell though and you receive a lot of contradicting information at times

      Cons

      I'm supposed to be full time, but I have to clock out every time I take a dump even so by the end of the week I make it out with 20 something hours .. I could make more hourly working at McDonald's
