      Pros

      Global business still has great potential with a couple of critical products to help in diabetes testing

      Cons

      Terrible leadership: no vision; no people development; Same poor leaders shift around without making any significant improvements within themselves and organization. Comp plan changes EVERY YEAR! Sales people run... most of the creative and dedicated were either ran-off or laid-off. all one need to see is the share pricing history and realize no changes in management took place.

      Point of care products lack true innovation. Uncertainty of the company's future. Executive team lacks the industry knowledge to set a sustainable strategy. Implements slowly despite the size of company. Many site closures have left employees concerned.
