Pros
The people I work with are wonderful. The admin, marketing, and academic teams all make an effort to support one another and genuinely care for each other. Whether feedback is positive or negative, management is willing to listen and is open to any kind of input.
Cons
It’s unfortunate that I often see colleagues leaving due to intense competition among language schools. Additionally, during vacation periods, there’s a high influx of students from specific countries, which can sometimes be challenging depending on their preferences and expectations.
