      Pros

      They seem to understand the value of their employees. Work is both federal and commercial, so it's kind of like diversified stocks: if one market is rocky the other market compensate. This really helps a stability.

      Cons

      I wouldn't call this a "con", just a challenge: Growing very fast, requiring the company to "add on to the train as it rolls", so to speak.

      Pros

      The company has good benefits and PTO if you can stay employed long enough to use them. Some excellent employees have worked with the owner long enough to make things palatable.

      Cons

      There is constant pressure to produce, and conversations can be very toxic if you don't meet ever-changing expectations. You should always be on guard, avoid getting too comfortable, and develop a tough exterior.

      Have to wear multiple hats, but this can be a "pro" as well since it offers the ability for personal growth.
