Nothing much to say . Salary almost similar to others Compressor quality for lesser than 75Kw is good- very good

Top-1 management is highly manipulative and arrogant. no voice- need to work like slaves Top-1 management in sales caters to massive mental harassment and emotional harressment. they never connect one on one and too bust to even travel to regions. most of the Top-1 and -2 in management dont even know what a compressor is, all coming from EPC, motor and other segments. They dont even know what quality, performance or product range competition offers. product quality and serious failures is very commons- and since Top-1 and 2 dont know about compressor they think that field people dont know anything

Messy management and HR. Direction is unclear. Learning progress is slow. Pay and claim for everything.

company car was a good perk. good quality products overall

very poor insurance plan; aspirational & ambitious market growth goals - totally unrealistic based on actions and inadequate local investment in saleable inventory; management controlled by India, not US team which means there's a serious disconnect. poor after sales support and admin. Weak US leadership - unprofessional and lacking a moral compass at times. Poor support of distribution - not honoring warranty claims / making excuses for denials. too bad because ELGI could be much more due to good product quality and development. Management doesn't listen to honest feedback which holds the company back. Reason: US management controlled by India so they can't take the necessary actions for growth.
