      Good products - Arrogant, belligerent, and ignorant US President

      Good benefits and some good people

      Cons

      US President (Peter Loetzner) has created a toxic work environment where no one wants feels respected or valued. He regularly belittles employees and is a fierce micro-manager who will argue his point long after being proven wrong. His lack of professionalism and decency to his employees has most people looking for the exits. It has also rubbed a number of customers the wrong way - there are companies that won't work with EMAG after an interaction with him.

      Great potential, horrible management

      Pros

      Great benefits and mostly relaxed working environment - many of the colleagues there are pleasant and at times it can be fun. Great product offering.

      Cons

      Management has no control over the company - it is a dictatorship of the CEO and his will, which changes daily, so inevitably whatever you are doing is wrong, despite being a direct order ("you misunderstood me" are words you will hear, everybody has). Despite the great product offering the company is just so poorly run that projects are always behind schedule and over budget, staff members get stressed out and the atmosphere in the office is very, very negative. Little to no willingness to offer meaningful job training (despite touting an apprenticeship program) or advancement within the company.

      Great company, poor U.S. management

      Pros

      I was very impressed by the technical depth of all products marketed. Top notch engineering group.

      Cons

      The U.S. management team is less than capable of leading in an effective or positive manner. Current leadership should be removed from their positions. People do not leave jobs; they leave managers. This is clearly evident at EMAG LLC.
