The pay is terrible and there is no structure on how to increase wage. The management is nonexistent, out of touch, and hands off - except when it comes down to the deadline. Pay is terrible, but some how the nephew of the owner and the owner show up in porsches and new cars all the time. Meanwhile over worked employees hardly make enough to afford rent. Money is spent wildly on manufacturing equipment but at with no viable path to use. So when the bills come due, people get laid off. You will only survive the layoffs if you make less than 60K - so obviously, avoid the head ache.
