      Good place to get a foot in the door and gain some experience

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. No raises or reviews Everyone is paid the same on the contract no matter if you do all the work or none. There are lazy people that collect checks and are praised for doing so while others work hard with little to show

      Pay is decent for what's being done and it's a great door to walk through that can potentially lead to better spots at other companies.

      Cons

      M I C R O ---Management. It's not even really EMCO's fault. The management with EMCO has been pretty gran. It's the management that leads the EMCO employees (leidos). All they carry about is answering a phone and hanging up as fast is possible to support their metrics.

      Pros

      They treated us well during the tornados. They had food shipped in and let us work late if able.

      Cons

      One constant with EMCO Technologies was micromanagement. We literally had to be allowed to go to the bathroom. Very little technical expertise. The company seemed to think they could manage anything, and make it successful even if they treated their employees poorly.
