      Not a good place to work at all.

      Pros

      -Close to the cities and on west 7th -Has the potential to be a good little publishing company. -It needs a lot of help in the digital publishing realm and acts like they know they have a problem and want to fix it.

      Cons

      -Overbearing micromanagement from the CEO AND CFO -Lack of commitment to solving problems that could bankrupt it -Inappropriate behavior from the CFO including yelling at employees and asking them to yell at others -Behind closed doors badmouthing of employees by senior management -Poor communication from above -Lack of clear objectives of changing of objectives is rampant

      my coworkers were nice folks

      senior management unbelievably rude and berated other employees publicly. unbelievable incompetence. blatant politics and backstabbing. vendors able to run up the tabs and hype things up. did I say politics? its rampant.

      Pros

      It is really hard to find pros about working here to be honest. I mean I really enjoyed working with some of the people there. A lot of friendly faces, and people are generally nice and willing to help (besides management)

      Cons

      -No training -Poor compensation -little to no communication from management. -unwilling to "see things out" The company restructured 3 times while I was employed for one year. -The management says that they are going to focus on key areas and then 2 months later they give up when they do not see results. -The morale of the company is incredibly low
