Flex time and casual dress are a plus

Cons

Allows upper management and leadership to belittle employees in front of others. Management does not support employees. Efforts are overlooked and under appreciated. Employees are bullied and afraid to speak up.

Cons

Working here was incredibly stressful. They claim the culture is laid back and fun, but it's not. People are constantly fired and talked down to by management. Some managers are caring and really want improvement, but the overall culture is hostile. It's like being in an abusive relationship where you didn't know what you'd be walking into from one day to the next.

Emergicon used to be a good company. There is absolutely nothing good about this company anymore.

Cons

The management at Emergicon is a terrible joke. No one knows what they’re doing and they operate on a buddy system. The more they say they’re working on the culture the worse it gets. Hard work will get you absolutely nowhere.
