Pros
There is some room for growth on the administrative side, for people who are willing to go above and beyond, who are willing to learn and be taught.
Cons
There isn't much room for growth for operators, and reviews and raises are not conducted and given at the frequency they are promised. Leadership expects people to work as many hours as it takes to get the work done - but office people are often covering multiples roles so the amount of time it takes to get everything done is much more than 40-45 hrs per week.
