Pros

Managers are super friendly and most of them help out when needed. Managers are flexible to your schedule. Coworker are fun! Lot of celebrities. Fast pasted nights. Club vibe great music.

Cons

Some people like that it's a pooled house. If you don't like that its a pooled house consider work elsewhere. Otherwise it's a really fun place to work if you have a positive attitude and enjoy great music.

Pros

Working in a young, dynamic and nontraditional work environment is great. Flexible when it came to doctor's appointments, days off & sick days.

Cons

Most of the top dogs are extreme micro-managers who do not trust their employees with anything. You will be worked to the bone with limited to no positive reinforcement but will constantly be told what you did wrong. They treat the nightlife people like gold and the corporate employees like garbage. Also, a tiny & unproductive work environment makes it almost impossible to want to be there.
