Pros
Lots of diversity! People from all types of backgrounds work here. Pay is fair according to Bay area standards.
Cons
It seems like the company has been going through a rough patch as it has been growing (bought an expensive new office building, some teams rapidly growing, etc). But plenty of people also leaving because they're finding better opportunities, and good for them. This place may not be as toxic as a major record label but plenty of people have prior backgrounds from major labels, and unfortunately they bring over their toxic work attitudes which then proliferates and normalizes it for everyone else. The company is going thru an interesting transient phase which is kind of beating down the free-spirited nature it once had when I initially started.
