Working at this very small business, I learned everything a successful leader should not be. To lead, one must: be genuine, be honest, be generous, speak with actions, provide mentorship and guidance, listen to those you lead. The owner here failed at all of the above. I recommend finding a successful job somewhere you won't be let down or lied to, directly to your face.
Cons
If I did not already make it clear, the owner is selfish and will tell you a rosy story. You will find continually changing operations that pull the carpet out from under your feet. His obsession with self-advancement is nauseating...a complete waste of resources.
