Too many chiefs. Not enough Indians. The managers played favorites and the little people are left to do the rest. If you are in with management, you don't have to follow the rules. If you are management, you don't either. Unprofessional environment made worse by the absence of the owners.
Promise promotions that never come. Talk about employees to other employees, Take money from your check as "Education fund" but charge the employee for classes. Dock hours if not turned in that day.
