Upper management was overly involved and out of touch. Human Resources is rude and in no way a resource to the employee as it should be. The hours are long and you are not compensated fairly. Upper management consists of a deceptive group of close friends and have only their best interest in mind. Benefit package is equal to a poor healthcare.gov plan and very expensive. Work life balance is awful. You are sold the dream, given the idea you will have freedom and the ability to grow. Don't fall for it. Also the "training" provided is very poor. Unless this is your only option, look elsewhere.
