Overall a good experience so far after 15 days within the company 1. The interview process was very smooth, also the onboarding 2. The technical skillset within the company is high so good for learning and development 3. The problem statement for data science is good 4. The startup phase has passed, and the company is stable, so working on solutions focused on long term benefits, is possible 5. Scope of pitching own new ideas, and implementing it
