      Pros

      Smart, young talent. Good for interning.

      Cons

      CTO is stuck in the old ways of tech. Most of management overworks people below them. Not open to different ways of problem solving.

      Pros

      A lot of great and smart people to work with. A rather fast work environment, rarely boring.

      Cons

      Very low compensation relative to NYC market. No bonus structure or stock sharing program. The company seems to pay many employees as little as possible, even though they were acquired by ICAP in 2016. Many employees feel stuck. Inflexible hours, poor work from home culture, and a lack of team outings don't do much for the company morale. I would give two stars but the other five star reviews were not exactly "impartial", as they were set up by the marketing department.

      Good managers and partners who care about employees' career growth People get financial benefits as long as keep an excellent performance Always welcome to new ideas and technologies Free breakfast, snack, beverage and beer Reasonable work life balance Nice location

      Cons

      Family insurance package will cost you more than 800/mo. HR system is poorly designed. People needs to go to different sites to check payroll, benefits and vocations. They should really be integrated into one.
