Pros
EnSoft has a lot of friendly, intelligent people working for it, and in the many years I have worked here, I have had the opportunity to solve many challenging problems. As EnSoft is a small company, I have gotten to work in a wide variety of areas, and have been exposed to nearly every aspect of the business, from development to IT, customer support, and even sales. The work environment is relaxed, and the benefits are great. EnSoft is a growing company, with a stable outlook.
Cons
As a small company, the opportunities for career advancement within the company are limited. EnSoft has a very 'flat' command hierarchy - which is generally a good thing, but it does limit promotion opportunities. But this could change as the company expands and takes on more staff.

Great environment. Really friendly coworkers. Free snacks and drinks. Variety of interesting projects. Diverse team. Managers are really easy to talk to.
Cons
None really. The company is small so may not have as many opportunities as other larger companies.
