Pros

Great benefits. Trails close to the office. A handful of wonderful folks to work with, and some people there really "get it". The product itself is great, but production and marketing don't help it shine the way it could.

Cons

Amer has killed the small company vibe and upper level management doesn't have employee interest in mind. Marketing team has a myopic view of the bike industry. Female representation is lacking both inside the company and in marketing efforts. Definitely a glass ceiling and promotions are not merit based. ENVE lacks bike culture- more like a company that just sells expensive bike stuff. Communication between departments is non-existent and the folks that truly care and work hard will be run into the ground.

Pros

So many employee benefits. From 401k matching to discounts on all types of outdoor goods. Most managers actually care about their employees as people. Very fast paced business with something new always coming down the pipeline.

Cons

Pay is below average-average for most jobs, but not all. Job advancement has a lot to do with luck. Very strict rules on taking breaks and phone use.

Pros

Benifits (health, dental, gym), PTO, holiday pay, 3 day weekend, no micro management, steady hours, discounted products.

Cons

Very low-wages ($10hr starting in most areas) and most "annual" raises are only .10-.30 (this is less than a Burger King worker), no over-time, favoritism in staff, Amor ruined the culture of the company and sucked all the fun out of it, company hires tons if felons and illegal immigrants because they work for less, Long days, lack of compassion.
