- Stable shared services - HMO is really good - Office location is alright; parking building right beside the office building - Community activities can be quite fun
Cons
- Leaders play favorites and don't listen to employees - Often brags about "the EON way" but the way is to really bully people out of their jobs for someone else less competent - "Competence" is powered by dependence on AI and less on own creative thinking; employees are not trained enough, fluent enough in English/Filipino, and are expected to know their way around without a proper onboarding process - The above reflects in the kind of work team members churn out; often subpar and mediocre - Would shame team members in front of everyone - Workload not distributed evenly - Often a "yes" company to clients and teams pay the price for OT, being overworked, and underpaid; overall causing friction among team members and decline of health - If hindi ka bet ng leaders bahala ka sa buhay mo nakakademotivate - Hindi ka ippromote if hindi ka feel ng supervisor mo (madalas need sumipsip tapos tatarayan ka pa)
